החזן מוטי בויאר בביצוע בכורה ליצירתו של החזן יוסלה רוזנבלט 'השיר שהלוויים'.
יצירה זאת המופיעה בספר הקונצרטים של יוסלה בכתב ידו, כוללת גם את העיבוד המקורי שנכתב על ידו.
מאפייני היצירה משקפים את סגנונו העשיר של יוסלה שילוב של מוסיקה יהודית מסורתית לצד מוסיקה קלאסית מודרנית.
ביצירה בא לידי ביטוי בכל יום מימות השבוע מוטיב אחר, כשבסוף ביטוי עמוק ומשובב נפש למילים 'מזמור שיר ליום השבת מזמור שיר לעתיד לבוא ליום שכולו שבת' בשילוב של נעימה חסידית מלבבת.
קווים אלו באים לידי ביטוי ברבים מיצירותיו של יוסלה, וחדי אוזן ימצאו כל מיני מוטיבים דומים ליצירותיו האחרות.

Cantor Moti Boyer in a premiere performance of Cantor Yossele Rosenblatt’s composition “Hashir Shehalviim.”
This piece, found in Yossele’s handwritten Book of Concerts, also includes the original arrangement written by him.
The characteristics of the composition reflect Yossele’s rich style — a fusion of traditional Jewish music with elements of modern classical music.
Throughout the piece, each day of the week is represented by a unique musical motif, culminating in a deeply moving and spiritually uplifting expression of the words:
“A Psalm, a song for the Sabbath day — a song for the future, for the day that is entirely Shabbat,”
interwoven with a charming Hasidic melody.
These stylistic features are evident in many of Yossele’s works, and attentive listeners will recognize similar motifs across his other compositions.
