Music Director Yossi Shick had set up a meeting with Producer Motti Gantz and they met in Motti's studio, between others Motti had showed him some newly created fresh musical pieces and this one just came up by mistake, Motti pulls up this session and closes right away and Yossi refused to move away from that one and asks him to open that file again, Yossi took a listen to this piece of art and it's concept and lyrics, and he right away bursts out: "This one is mine"! Yossi picks up the track and meeting is closed.
Yossi reached out to talented well known Superstar 'Shauly Waldner' and showed him the song, Shauly's first reaction was "Yes, this is for me". They set up a recording session where Shauly delivered fine vocals with a top professional touch, from there it went to mix and here's your final beautiful product!

המנהל המוזיקלי יוסי שיק קבע פגישה עם המפיק מוטי גנץ והשניים נפגשו בסטודיו של גנז. במהלך הפגישה השמיע לו מוטי גנז כמה קטעים מוזיקליים חדשים, לפתע בטעות לחלוטין הפעיל מוטי את אחד הקטעים וסגר אותו מיידית, אך יוסי שיק לא היה מוכן לוותר ודרש ממנו להפעיל את הקטע שוב.
שיק הקשיב לקטע ולמילים ואמר מיידית: "זה שלי, אני לוקח את זה". הוא לקח את השיר והפגישה הסתיימה.
יוסי שיק פנה לזמר המוכשר והידוע שאולי וואלדנר, והשמיע לו את השיר, תגובתו הראשונה והמיידית של וואלדנר הייתה "כן. זה בשבילי".
הם קבעו סט הקלטות במהלכו ביצע וואלדנר את השיר בצורה מקצועית בקולו הנפלא, משם זה המשיך למיקס עד לתוצאה הסופית והמשובחת.
