(Talmud Pesachim)
“Everything your host requests of you, you are obligated to comply. Unless he tells you to leave”
(there are many interpretations for this verse, One being that once your host tells you to leave,
you are no longer considered his guest, therefore, you are no longer obligated to comply to his
wishes).
In this song, however, it is used as a play on words, saying to Hashem
“My loyalty is to “YOU” regardless the difficulties/challenges I may experience.
