Sruly Green & The Freilach Philharmonic | Freilach Band | Camp Hasc – A Time For Music XXXIX

For Camp HASC's A Time for Music 39, the goal was simple: take something familiar and present it in a way nobody expected.
Together with producer Shlome Steinmetz, we created a musical segment featuring a selection of Sruly Green's fan-favorite songs, reworked with a full philharmonic approach. The arrangements by Tzvi Blumenfeld gave the music an entirely different character, bringing together the drive of contemporary Jewish music with the depth and scale of an orchestra.
Debuting on the biggest stage in Jewish music, the result was a performance that felt distinct, ambitious, and true to what A Time for Music has always represented: raising the bar and finding new ways to tell a musical story.
